Feeling Low? Get the Help You Need

We all face tough times, and it’s okay to ask for support. We’re here to help, with caring people in school and trusted resources outside. Remember—you’re never alone.


Support in School

If you’re feeling low, there are people here ready to support you:

  • Form Tutor – A good first point of contact for familiar support and guidance.
  • Mrs Sara Strange (DSL) – Available for professional guidance on any challenges.
  • Mrs Karen Norton (DDSL) – Here to help if you need someone to talk to.
  • The Inclusion Team – Always ready to provide understanding and support.
  • Any Teacher or Staff – Approach anyone you trust; they can guide you to further help.

How to Reach Out:

Visit the Office – Request to speak with the safeguarding team.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, scared, or unsure what to do outside of school hours, please know you’re not alone, and help is always available.

Even though the school is closed, there are caring professionals ready to support you right now. If you’re feeling like you need urgent help:

  1. Talk to Someone: Reach out to a trusted adult, family member, or friend and let them know how you’re feeling.
